Google Analytics Integration

Overview

As part of visitor interaction, INSIDE sends various events to visitors and records the visitors’ response against those events. INSIDE integration sends detailed information about these events to Google Analytics.

Once integration is complete, you will be able to track the following INSIDE events in your GA account.

• Proactive Chat
• Reactive Chat
• Pop-Up
